Dr. Pineda, our founding doctor of the Stockyard Eye Care Clinic, has over 25 years of clinical experience. She has learned that checking eyes involves the whole profile of an individual. This  involves being sensitive to complaints of the physical body as well as environmental which can contribute to eye symptoms and ocular signs.

Our exams are a two-part process 
We first obtain computerized readings, followed by a thorough case history and utilizing high technological equipment to obtain an accurate prescription.

We then use magnification equipment and digital photography for recording, and analyzing some of the following eye related problems: ​

There is a bus stop right in front of our site for families travelling by transit, and we are located within a large parking structure which makes drop-off and pick-up pain-free for those travelling by care as well.&nbsp; Our&nbsp;location is proudly endorsed by Eco-Healthy Child Care®, a program that partners with child care professionals to eliminate environmental hazards in early learning settings with the goal of protecting the health of children and staff.&nbsp; We have 6 classrooms that can accommodate nearly 100 children from a few months old to 4 years old.&nbsp;Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Kindergarten programs are available with the option of full-time or backup care. Classrooms are equipped with webcams that caregivers can access throughout the day, and each room also has large windows to let in lots of natural light. We have a large outdoor playground that children can enjoy year-round. We provide our children with a hot lunch and 3 snacks each day, catered by our Kidco Kitchen.
